Data deletion

Send an email to contact@revolutionagency.ai with the subject "Data deletion", stating the phone number you wrote to the agent from and, if you know it, the name of the business you spoke with.

The phone number is what lets us find your data: without it we cannot identify it and would have to ask you before acting.

• The complete history of your conversations with the agent.
• Your number, your profile name and any files you sent.
• Your record in the business customer's commercial tools, where synchronisation is enabled.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.

Messages that remain on your own phone are not ours to remove: delete them from your WhatsApp app.

We may retain, for the applicable legal period only, data required by accounting or tax obligations, and the technical logs needed to evidence the security of the service. They are not used for any other purpose.
